Hi Belinda,

The issue of outgoing calls showing as incoming is stilol a problem, We (Debswana) would like to report on this. because of this, our customers are not able to allocate calls.

CISCO CDR records - Failure to read a corrupt record

TNG stops importing records as soon as it has to interpret a corrupt record or incorrect format that cannot be interpreted by the plugin. We solve this by guessing the error record, removing it from the file and restarting TNG. Would it not be better to place the faulty record into "Rejected&qu...

The issue of interfacing the Motorolla radio calls with those orginating from the Cisco extensions is still a problem. Debswana would like to report on this. Can we request that a new plugin for Cisco_Motorolla_Radio_Calls be created?

Recovery of archived records for reporting

We have a request for recovery of archived TNG records from Jwaneng for the about 4 months ago, so that reports can be pulled from the system, how can you assist? This is a result of TNG archiving records older that about a month.

Hi Belinda, The current CDR with the MOTOROLLA radio extensions does not look any different from the old layout. Please see attached file. The MOTOROLLA tnterface records have extensions starting with a 1. The extesion range for 1 was not included in the plugin.EXT file(we are about to test it). The...
