Hi Luanda, Thank you for your reply. The report will more than likely be big but TNG is not even allowing me to run the report. Nothing happens when I click on "Extension Detail Report" in the reports menu. The browser simply sits there waiting for the next screen that would allow the date...

Unable to run reports

Good morning guys,

We've found that none of the reports are loading.
The reports page lists all reports but when clicking on any Detailed or Summary report, the report never loads.
We are running TNG for Asterisk 1.1.1.12
Any ideas why?
