Why is the TNG rates fixed at R1.00 per minute for all calls, it is still using the default rate table?

I have requested a temporary password for a TNG, Serial: 042C-06B6-202B-D231-93A7, temporary login: admin - 1668D4F7. It does not work, still comes back with invalid username/password.
Do I need a new temp login, or is their another reason?

Is it possible to upload call records from an excel file to the TNG database.
This call records were captured on a Hard & Soft buffer and saved to an excel file.
If possible to upload and use this info in the TNG, what is the procedure.
