Good day On the Amethyst WebAdmin/Agents/Configure Virtual Extensions/User Name there is over lapping information, it is reflecting the physical extension and the agents actual staff number. How do we create a preference or remove duplicated info to avoid this from happening? Please see attachments.

The last recording I am able to view any recordings after 25/02/2015 08:02, I have confirmed with both our sites (VOIP and Card Server) attached is a log file with the error
