Okay new question - error code found:
" EXCEPTION ERROR IN [SendUDP] - Socket Error # 10065
no route to Host"

Any advice to get this sorted?

No error message when opening TOPAZ - I sign in as per usual then normally i would notice at the bottom of the screen in the middle is reads " TRX = followed by a number - this is the transaction total" then within a minute or 2 of signing in this number automatically starts to run and inc...
