pluginn used PNEC_96i_rev2.dll.
W/047 is the code I used.
on the call list page, no call data reflected upon termination of the call made.
ticking or unticking -swap pin code to account user field,makes no difference.
the Pabx is an SV8100.

using plug in ----PNEC_96i_rev2.dll,and please note that on the raw data W/001 appears as the code been used.but when trying to print out the reports -no records are printed.

on a restart the TNG program starts to receive some calls and writes them to the raw.txt file then suddenly stops and when looking at the log file,it states that TNG is busy reverifying the buffer. i then have to restart or stop the services and the TNG collects a few records and the process starts ...

Belinda,as per our discussion earlier,attached is the TNG config file and the raw file which I had changed and tried to set the term characters from 3 to 10,still no go.

end of my tether,Windows finds the USB Buffer and by typing SYS - i get the info.but the buffer is not found or says invalid.i tried to change the baud rate and got the attached error,please assist.

good day team,i have reinstalled TNG on the SuperMicro 19u PC,after reinstalling Windows 7.
on installation windows dedects the buffer plugged into the USB port,but when installing TNG,message appears buffer not found or invalid,please provide a solution.

when upgrading,to import Dept's/users/account code files to TNG will I be able to import in *.csv format? and how,and old Topaz raw data or PIP files to be processed in new TNG?.

Odette,after the three Trans file were loaded,and up trying to import the pip files got to about the 5th one and our friend Table Full appearred,attached are the log and sceen shot.
