Morning Odette, Did you receive the screenshot of the settings? The call list displays the last entry was on the 04/04/2013, which is correct. No changes were made to PABX or the TNG PC. There IT tech has also confirmed that the PC is OK. Thanks Peter (Nortel) 082 316 5112
The client has an LG FPll pabx system.The plug-in is the PlggdkFPll.lll. The TNG was operating OK till the 04/04/13.I get all the raw data in the RAW.txt file. Attached herewith is the RAW.txt file.
