We gave full permissions to our amethyst user which did not work. Where after we have full permissions to the everyone group which did work. While working it is not really a best practice to give everyone access to our archived recordings.

Our call center manager has just informed me that all the calls for this past Friday are missing for all call center users. How can I retrieve this, see what happened or try and rectify it in any way?
We can telnet to the location but we cannot browse. The site is also internal so there is no firewall blocking it and we have no proxy. Nothing has changed recently.
