When u make a call dialing a 086 number, it only starts billing you after about 02:09 duration. I have attached a copy of raw data. We also set our trunks to use the dafault za telkom rate book.

Client uses custom rate book for Neotel, but when dialing international calls, calls are not being billed. I have attached the files as per Belinda request.
