Thanks for getting back to me (didn't see your reply, hadn't ticked 'notify me'...). It's a pity you can't change which columns are included in a report

Does Datatex have a place where one can request features to be included in a later release?

Hi,

Is there any way to add columns fields to the built-in reports (e.g. Highest Cost Call Report / Highest Duration Call Report). In the reports mentioned, we would like to see which departments are involved. with expensive and long calls.
