Automatic transfer to JIBE at end of call.

If you want the calls to automatically transfer to the JIBE system after the agent has completed the call, the feature Call Coverage Service should be used on the Mitel side. Once the agent drops the call, the call is automatically transferred to one specific Group number.

Access the site using https://www.irecall.co.za

The login and password is the same as your Mobile app login and password. Please keep these secure.
