It is in the folder:
/opt/datatex/tng

Please attach - rename to tng.txt

If 'Import Pin Users' is enabled under 'GENERAL SETTINGS' page,
then on the USER configuration page it will display the 'Read-only' message
as only one of the 2 option can be enabled.

Please advise if assistance is still required.

Your TNGLive is in Free mode (not locks on some functions).

On HOME page,
click on TNG Registration and Activation.
Click on CHECK ACTIVATION button.

the data is missing due to file corruption,
therefore the files must be blanked and re-created as per steps in the link provided previously.
