Unable to upload dial plan/peer list

HI

Please see attached logs.
I am struggling to pull data from TNG again for my monthly reports. I have imported the data and set up TNG to read from the master.csv file saved inside the import folder but TNG is not reading the file.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Hi
I think the problem is that the TNG can't connect to your TNG Server. The Aster Manager Interface (AMI) keeps getting disconnected. So it will never load the Dial plan and Peer List.

Please check that the Manager.conf file as per the default configuration for a new TNG installation.
