All in calls are showing as in_unanswered. as attached the test call only the one at 16H07 the rest were all answered!

I ran your rawdata with the plugin for the NEC SL1000 and noticed that the trunk number has part of the date in it. This means the rawdata is not the required format for that plugin - refer to forum post:
PABX3 PLUGIN: NEC 96i Revision 2I investigated further and then saw that the rawdata you attached matches that of the NEC IPC 500 IP version. Please use the NEC Aspire plugin.
