I had recieved a query regarding the latest Telkom cost code update which was date stamped 9/05/2012 on the forum,and I have been informed that the rates had been adjusted as on the 01/08/2012.
would the new cost code file be updated as from 01/08/2012 in order for our clients to have their TNG updated.

The lastest release of TNG (with buffer) for South African rates was TNG 1.1.1.8.3 - refer to forum post:
