TNG Not Showing Pins

Hi there

We have a TNG4Asterisk loaded on a ComX5. I have the system logging calls, but am having issues that it is not detecting pin codes used.

If I look in the call logs, I see the pins there, yet if I do a user detail report, I get Please Add under account.

I have added all the pins in User Configuration.

Please can you assist us.

If you are using COMX, for install file refer to forum post:
Where to I find the TNG for COMX(Far South) install?

For Asterisk and pin codes in general, refer to forum post:
TNG for Asterisk and user names for extensions/pin codes

Looks like your pin code is in the account code field, refer to forum post for pin code setup. If a pin code was received and not configured it will show 'PLEASE ADD USER'.

I came right with the pins, but it is only affecting the new calls.

Is there any way to get the changes to effect the past records.

The pin code came off in the account code field (that is why it showed 'PLEASE ADD' on the report). The configuration and output was wrong when it was imported from Asterisk, therefore the pin code does not have a value. There is no way to allocate a value to the pin code field. TNG uses the output from the PABX to allocate the field values for each call loaded into TNG.

All your calls after the changes made should now be correct.
