TNG Reporting issue

Postby azola_sofi » Mon Jan 28, 2013 3:56 pm

Hi

It seems that TNG has developed an issue with the CSV file. We keep getting a CSV input error. This is what the logs show.

I would also always suggest to upgrade to the latest version of TNG - refer to forum post: TNG for Asterisk version 1.0.7.7 upgrade

For the log entry
Code: Select all
2013-01-28 13:51:25:495 [1.0.7.0] - AMI Exception:ProcessAMIEvent: Access violation at address 0813F4D5, accessing address 000000A9
2013-01-28 13:51:25:495 [1.0.7.0] - AMI Exception:Event: Dial[10]Privilege: call,all[10]SubEvent: End[10]Channel: SIP/3000-0000036f[10]UniqueID: 1359373846.883[10]DialStatus: ANSWER[10]

Refer to forum post: AMI Exception:ProcessAMIEvent: Access violation Asterisk 1.8

For the log entry:
Code: Select all
2013-01-28 14:59:17:883 [1.0.7.0] - AMI Exception:ParseCDRRecordToTNGFormat (tr- ["""0878022710"" <0878022710>","0878022710","111","from-did-direct","SIP/3000-00000380","SIP/111-00000381","Dial","SIP/111,"""",tr","2013-01-28 14:56:57","2013-01-28 14:57:29","2013-01-28 14:59:13","136","104","ANSWERED","DOCUMENTATION","","1359377817.900","audio:20130128-145725-1359377817.900.wav",1227[10]]): 'tr' is not a valid date and time

See forum post - AMI Exception:ParseCDRRecordToTNGFormat ...not.. valid date

If your subscription is up to date you can also upgrade to TNGLive for Asterisk - refer to forum post:
TNG 4* update 2012

NOTE: The difference between the two version is the registration/subscription process. For more information regarding TNGLive for Asterisk see forum post:Does TNGLive work with Asterisk?

Did you manage to implement the above suggestions?

First I will suggest upgrading your version of TNG and then check the settings as per forum post links.
