I am not familiar with Linux and need assistance regarding how to get the tng.log and date folder.
I have been using TNG for as long as I have my Asterisk PBX and have subsequently stopped the TNG service due to that it creating huge problems in performance of my PBX.
This needs to be solved ASAP, as an paying customer I believe that little has been done to resolve my problem via my PBX supplier, Nashua. I am willing to install a Windows TNG version on one of my ISS servers if it will solve the problem.
I need this information and scheduled reports for obvious reasons.
