Re-License TNG

Hi there

We have a tng 4 Asterisk, that was loaded on a ComX unit. We have had to replace the SD card in the comX unit as the previous one has gone faulty.

Please can you advise as to the process to re-install TNG and then what needs to be done to re-license the software.

Also is there any way we can get the old data off the old SD Card as we can still recover some of the data.

For COMX there is a special install, refer to forum post:
Where to I find the TNG for COMX(Far South) install?

You need to install and re-register TNG for this client. When you send in the registration it will reply as with a new install. You need to notify us that it is a re-install.

NOTE: If you import data older than 30 days before re-registering it will expire.
