New Client Same Problems

Please can someone help me with this.
We installed TNG at a new Client.
Installed version 1.0.7.6 the one on the disk - all working fine.
Upgrade to version 1.1.1.8-3 to have the Centracom rates.
1. The Call List field does not show the calls
2. The Custom Rates are not working

It shows no call data on the Call List page, but it shows over 20 000 records in TNG(top left hand side next to 'Total Records').

  1. The Call List page will only show the last 50 calls for today and yesterday. Note this is today and yesterday as per PC date. Please check the PC date.

  2. The rawdata looks like Ericsson. Which plugin are you using and which version?

    Refer to forum post: How do I check my plugin name and version in TNG?

  3. The rawdata is for 20130422 and 20130423: Can you pull extension detail reports for those dates to see if any calls listed.
