SS-68 USB DataBuffer not working on Win Server 2012

Hi Guys,

We trying to get the SS-68 usb databuffer installed on a server running Windows server 2012 x64 but can't get it working with the x64 bit drivers that we downloaded from your website. please see the attached screenshot with error message received when trying to install the drivers. I do have full admin rights on this server as well.

please advise asap...

Thank you for the details. We are busy contacting the buffer manufacturers to confirm if the drivers run on Windows 2012 Server(64-BIT).

The buffer manufacturer has found that Windows 64-bit requires some authentication to install the USB drivers for the buffer. They are currently working on an update for this.

I will give further feedback once available.

The SS-68 USB Data buffer drivers must be certified with Windows Microsoft to allow installation of it.

The buffer manufacturers is busy with this process. Only once certified will the 64-bit drivers be available.

We have now received the test buffer the buffer manufacturers sent us.

We are communicating with your support company/dealer when all parties can be present for testing of the buffer at your site sometime next week (Monday is a public holiday).
