On the screenshot I cannot see the:
  1. Product serial number (note: this number does not change)
  2. Subscription renewal key (note: this number changes for each new subscription activation)
Please double check the following for me:

  1. The product serial number you provided (as displayed on the 'License Agreement' page and in the blue bottom section of each TNG page) matches the number(serial number sent to Datatex) for which the subscription renewal key was created.

    Example of product serial number:
    Code: Select all
    7398-AE57-276A-7944-9E94

NOTE: If you uninstalled and re-installed TNG for Asterisk, the product serial number will have change. TNG for Asterisk creates it own serial number on install. If you re-installed TNG for Asterisk since sending us the serial number, it will then be different from the product serial number that was sent to us. The subscription key will then not work.

  2. Enter the subscription renewal key and including the dashes ("-") and using uppercase.

    Example of subscription renewal key:
    Code: Select all
    409C-F3A2-8C65-55D8

If the above does not work, please send me the MAC address of the TNG PC.

Does the TNG run on VM or on a physical machine?
