To ensure that the linking of account codes is correct, please do a synchronize of the data for the period of the reports you attached.

Since it is costing that you require,
you can select under optional selection criteria
the '
Call Outcome' as '
Outgoing Answered'.
With this setting we will only be looking at calls that should have a cost.
If you also need to see unanswered outgoing calls, you select 'Outgoing'. NOTE: if you have analog lines, your call duration will include the ringtime and it will be part of the costing in TNG - the PABX call details includes this in the call duration.
