I tested your raw data using my TNGLive with buffer version. I used the File Reader option:
It loaded the raw data:
Please check that you are using the same version of the plugin as per screenshot.
If 64-bit PC, please check file path of plugin in the 'tng.ini' to point to 64-bit path - refer to post:
Putty has calls, but not Call List page or in raw.txt file
Also check the tng log file for any error messages.
