Call details in raw data:

Code: Select all
14/09/13 01:47PM   750 20 0744649220                     01:01'23
14/09/13 01:47PM   750 19 0358792380                     01:00'54            TR

Code: Select all
Date     Time    Ext CO        Dial Number        Ring Duration  Acc code  CD
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
13/09/13 05:45PM   764 18 0715731660                     01:00'49            TR
13/09/13 05:45PM   764 19 0715731666                     01:00'54

TNG plugin will take the information in the rawdata as received from the PABX and display it in TNG.

As you can see the same details in the rawdata is displayed on the report. Note that the line number is 19 and 20 for the first example and line 18 and 19 for the second example. The calls took place on two different trunks. It is thus 2 different calls.

The rawdata does not show seconds. Depending on the PABX the time can either be the start time of the call of the end time of the call.

Maybe this was a conference call or the agent put the 'first' call on hold to answer the second and then transferred it. Could the phone be configured to transfer a call to another number is the extension is busy?
