Thank you I have updated my version to 1.1.1.11 as advised.
Is there any further update as to when the 2013 Telkom call rate update will be released?

Grant is not the only one waiting on news regarding the new call rates.

Surely the changing of rates is not such a mammoth task? Why the long delays and in addition why is there no feedback forthcoming?

One of the fundamental tasks of a telephone monitoring system should be the ability to accurately cost calls. How is this possible if the latest rates are not available?

It is now two days since you last promised feedback from your developers, please can you give us an answer today?
