TNG keeps on reverifying the Buffer

on a restart the TNG program starts to receive some calls and writes them to the raw.txt file then suddenly stops and when looking at the log file,it states that TNG is busy reverifying the buffer.
i then have to restart or stop the services and the TNG collects a few records and the process starts again.
the buffer is receiving data and it looks as if the data is being parsed through to the PC but the raw file does not increase in size.

Cherlow,please find attached files - rawnov2013e.txt is straight from PBX to laptop via Hyper,rawnov2013.txt is via TNG Buffer to laptop,raw.txt is from TNG PC before stopping of recording of calls,rawstop.txt is a dump of Buffer after calls failed to parse through to TNG PC,also attached is the log file.

As discussed telephonically, check if power saving mode under Windows Device Manager is disabled. Disable for all USB Root hubs (disconnect TNG buffer to see all USB root hubs).
