TNG stopped billing again

Hi
For some reason TNG stopped billing on the 12 of November 2013 agian. This is the second time this has happened. The last time this happened I stopped tng renamed the exchange.dat file and started tng and that resolved the problem. Again tng has stopped billing and repeating the stepps from last time is not helping this time. I have attached the tng logs.

When you say stopped billing do you mean:

  1. The calls shows zero costing?
    For this renaming the exchange file might help.

  2. If you mean TNG is not logging call details, then it is a different issue.

    You log file has errors that indicates it cannot the connect to the Asterisk AMI:

    Do you have calls on the TNG Call List page?
