Call not showing in call list

The call are not showing in the call list, but they are showing in the "raw" file
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I loaded the rawdata via another aplication and the plugin translated the call details correct. The rawdata captured and the plugin used is thus correct.

I have however not been able to load the call details in my TNGLive(with buffer) version 1.1.1.12.

I will be doing further testing.

Hi Darius,
I have Connected to the Mitel 5000 that we have here and re-tested everything as per my Test Laptop and it worked. I then checked that there was one change made to the plugin to check for the NULL characters at the start of each line. This is the version that is on the forums. I tested this version and had the same issue as you.
I have now removed this check and re-tested and it works properly here now. I will update that forum post with an updated plugin. Once you have confirmed that you are happy, we will include it on the updates.

TNGLive does not require a buffer.

TNGLive Free works like TNG, but has limited features. For example you can only pull reports for the last 35 days.
