TNG doesnt open login page. The page cannot be displayed

Page cannot be displayed error shows when I want to login. No login page for TNG.

this is the error that shows in the logs

I had a quick look and saw that the files mentioned in the log entries does not exist in the 'scripts' folder.

I will need to do some simulation test with a test TNG and then suggest a resolve for you.

It looks like it might be damage on the file system or harddrive.

Please try the following:

  1. Stop the TNG service.

  2. Rename your scripts folder for example to
    C:\Program Files\Datatex\tng\scripts-20140220

  3. Create a scripts folder in the tng folder:
    C:\Program Files\Datatex\tng\scripts

  4. Download the rar file:
    scripts.rar

  5. Extract the files in the attachment into the scripts folder you created:
    tng-folder-scripts.jpg

  6. Start the TNG service.

  7. Log into TNG.

If your TNG still gives errors, I would suggest that your IT support scan the drive since it might have damaged certain sectors during the power failures.
