TNG renewal issue - Asterisk

Hi,

I am having an issue with my TNG renewal, I have been given several new serial numbers by Andrea but none seems to be accepted.

I have attached my tng.ini file as requested by the Datatex support team.

Try the following:

  1. Change to the TNG folder:

  2. Stop TNG deamon.

  3. Make a backup copy of the 'tng.ini' file

  4. Replace your tng.ini with the attached.
    tng.rar
    NOTE: Unrar to find 'tng.ini'.

  5. Start TNG deamon.

  6. Login and go to the Software License Agreement screen,
    the Product Serial should show as: 06A42-FE1DD-DC6DB-580BC.

  7. Enter the subscription key you received from Andrea.

  8. Click on the "Complete Registration" button. That should extend your expiry date.

Hi Belinda,

I have followed the steps given, but still continue to receive the same error.

"Please Note: Invalid subscription key. You may have typed the key incorrectly. If you have typed it correctly as provided, please contact us again and let us know about the problem."

This is the key provided by Andrea, I have also double checked to make sure I have not put in the incorrect key.
