Hi Belinda

As disgussed telephonically attached is the raw data from the Avaya IP Ofiice 500 v2. I have compared it to
the samples on the forum, and there is definitly a difference. I see the "2013" plugin you have available is for Version 8.0. This Pabx is running Version 8.1.

Hi Guys

Uploaded the new plugin today---Incoming and internal calls logging fine but there is still a problem with the outgoing calls. A dialled nr for instance (0126604168) is shown as (126604168), thus processing it as a international call. Attached is a copy of the raw pabx data as well as TNG raw.txt

Please check in the plugins folder in the rules.ini file if you have a rule enabled that will replace '00' with '0' for outgoing calls.

Example of rules.ini file:
Code: Select all
[PluginRules]
0=NUMBER|STARTS|*31*|<BLANK>|FALSE
1=NUMBER|STARTS|31|<BLANK>|FALSE
2=NUMBER|STARTS|00|0|TRUE

The rule number 2 is to replace '00' with '0'.

To remove the rule:
Stop the TNG service.
Edit the rules.ini and remove the rule.
Save the rules.ini file
Start the TNG service.

Hi,
I ran all the data through using the new 8_1 plugin and all the numbers showed correctly. I didn't have a single call that had no "0" in front.

I did see that Incoming calls has 1 and outgoing calls has 2 "0" in front. You can add a rule that just replaces the 2 "0" with one "0".
So this rule:
Code: Select all
2=NUMBER|STARTS|00|0|TRUE
