Incorrect rating

hi,

please assist with the below query:

the system has over charged the call that took 24 Minute is register as it took 2 hours, see attached, I have highlighted the query in red colour

Dear Kgatla

This normally occurs when the TNG never received correct termination for a specific extension from the PABX.
Could also be that a call was made and the handset was not put down correctly.
