TNG no cost on Prefix 061 and 081 numbers

At first I updated to latest TNG 1.1.1.12 but still does not add cost to prefix number 061 and 081. I was referred to adding custom rates but when i change the custom rates table all calls or no cost.

Custom Rates:

When I do a Call cost Calculator on a 061 / 081 number with my custom ratebook it does show cost. Even if I do a Call cost with 011 number with my custom ratebook it does give me a cost. but as soon as I make my custom Ratebook default, restart the TNG Service and then log in and make a physical call all calls then are a NO COST.

When you do a cost calculation you need to use 6 digits of the number.

I will need to setup a simulation to test the 2 prefixes.

When I did the cost calculation i put in the full 061 081 cell number: ie 0611234567 using my custom rates table and it gives me a cost. But as soon as I set the default ratebook to my custom ratebook all calls are no cost.

Below find the ini details thats in my custom ratebook ini.

You must use the custom ratebook for now.

I will report to Development that the 2 prefixes must be added to the telkom ratebook for a future release.

I repairred the TNG installation earlier this week. and 081 numbers are being costed at the moment fine.
now only certain 061 numbers are not being costed.
Numbers not being costed is:
27617
27618
27619

And I am still using the default ZA Telkom ratebook.

We will report it to development for the next rates release of TNG

Currently we are busy with the new Telkom rates release for 2014.
I have forwarded the prefixes to also be added to this rates release.

I have worked through these numbers and made sure they are all working on the new rates.

The new rates is being released this week.
