Referring to log entry below:

AMI Disconnected:Host application forced disconnect
It appears that the AMI is not allowing TNG to connect. Thereafter we noticed connection entries.
This could be why it appears to stop importing call details and then starts again.
Can you please investigate why the AMI on Asterisk side would not allow connection?
