Hi,
We have a TNG installation that has been working fine for a while, but lately there are some account codes that have stopped accumulating call records despite there being call logs still entering TNG for these accounts.
The call records in question can still be found in TNG if searched by extension number, but they're not linked to an account code.
The only change is that more account codes have been added over time. Logging format has not changed.
TNG 1.1.1.11.
Please advise?
