Struggling to get TNG working

Hello There

was just hoping someone could perhaps give me some guidance as to what plugin version I should use when connecting a TNG and a SAMSUNG NX820 pabx .currently I get raw data but no activity on call list page. please see my attachment of raw file if any one can help thanks.
I am using tng ver 1.1.1.12 and have tried Samsung 7400 plugin version ,but to no avail.

We will be able to assist when we see from the the format of your raw data which plugin is suitable for your tng.
Please attach the raw.txt file and ini.tng file.

Hi Jarrid

Thanks for adding the raw data.
From the raw data format we have found that you suppose to be using erricson BP250 plugin
For BP 250 plugin to function properly you need to see that your PABX has the settings that are on the forum post below:

Ericsson BP250/BP50 settings to use with Topaz/TNG.
