Hi,

My Client is using TNG Live free version. They've got an Epygi pabx.

They pulled a report on the previous month, and all the calls from all the extensions show Zero cost under the cost column .

Can anyone please assist?

I did the update on TNG, and some of the calls are now showing a cost, but not all of them.

You will need to do the re-costing for the old call data on your TNG.
