TNG Alcatel OmniPCXOffice Office Link Driver Service Plugin

Hi Support,

Have a site that can only access CDR/SMDR data via a Alcatel-Lucent Office Service, that writes out the call data to a xml file. The PBX is a Omni PCX Office

None of the standard TNG plugins for the Alcatel range work ~ tested all available plugins using pabx3 rawdata import.

Could you please check the attached output file from the Office Link Driver Service <TicketCollector.txt> and confirm if you have a plugin available?

You can change the PABX output format to Standard on the pabx site.it will write an out like this bellow

Then you can use Omni PCX Office plugin to process data.

unfortunately we can't write a plugin to process xml files right now, it will be discussed internally if you wish to reprocess your historical data.

The usual route to connect to the Omni PCX Office is to connect a serial cable to a V24 port that is part of the switchboard console. This is unfortunately not possible at this site and the only option to get call data is via the Office Link river Service, which write the call data to the xml file.

Could you please discuss this requirement internally as the only available option currently is via the xml file import route.

We will discuss internally and I will forward the xml file to development, but I can give you feedback after 10 working days in regards to the way forward.

However once we have the solution you can reprocess and re cost all of your data.
