How do I pull a report on internal calls in TES?
OVERVIEW:
Call details available are PABX dependant, meaning if the PABX does not supply internal calls then the software cannot report on it.
TES does not have a report for INTERNAL calls.
TNG collects call details for TES.
TNG can report on INTERNAL calls provided the call details is received from PABX.
STEPS: Pulling a report for INTERNAL calls in TNG
- Log into TNG
The URL is http://127.0.0.1:7080
Where '127.0.0.1' is the TNG IP address. - Go to the REPORTS page.
- Select Extension detail report .
- Select "Trunks"
TNG will Give of option to select specific trunk.
You need to select Internal. - Select the date you want to pull report for click apply
- Then Preview the report.
