No incoming call information on reports

Hi Support,

A plugin was created for a client last year but there is no incoming call information when drawing reports. Please find raw data, configuration file & a copy of the report.
The ticket for the original plugin was TNG Alcatel OmniPCXOffice Office Link Driver Service Plugin

Unfortunately, the post does not have any attachments. Please upload the raw data, configuration file and copy of the report to this forum post.

Can you also confirm when the issue with the 'no incoming call information' started?

Hi Odette,

I thought I had attached the raw data etc. let me try again.

The client only recently required incoming call info so I can't confirm for definite if the issue was always there.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay. I've tried to call you on both numbers (office and cell) and left voice messages.

I've looked at the attached files but could not find the raw/smdr data. Can you please navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\datatex\tng\logs select the date folder and check if you have a raw.txt file?

If so, please attach the raw.txt file to this forum post. The rawdata can be for any date period, provided that it contains incoming call records.

As discussed telephonically.

I need the actual smdr/raw data files from the client for us to investigate why the Incoming calls are not reflecting in TNG.

You mentioned that you have data saved on your PC and that I can connect to your PC tomorrow morning around 10am. Please call me with the team viewer access details.

There could be a few reasons for this, like if the PABX was updated or changes were made to the configuration or output format of the rawdata might have changed.

The raw data I used for testing was for 2016. I will need more recent call data to investigate the reasons why Incoming calls are not reflecting.

Can you please send data for this month?

Why then does none of the incoming information show on reports, ie: show how many incoming calls each extension is taking especially switchboard?

I used the older rawdata and the plugin does read the Incoming calls. Please see screenshot.
