There could be a few reasons for this, like if the PABX was updated or changes were made to the configuration or output format of the rawdata might have changed.
The raw data I used for testing was for 2016. I will need more recent call data to investigate the reasons why Incoming calls are not reflecting.
Can you please send data for this month?

Why then does none of the incoming information show on reports, ie: show how many incoming calls each extension is taking especially switchboard?

I used the older rawdata and the plugin does read the Incoming calls. Please see screenshot.
