Tes captures the call data for all calls from a monitored controller.
If a specific extension is not seen, then it may be because some of them have not been allocated.
Login with the tesadmin profile :
Check if the extension needed is found when doing a search for unallocated on the Mapping screen:
If only the extensions you required are listed,
you can just tick the "backdate the data" option to load in any rejected call data for this month: for the extensions that were rejecting (because they were unallocated). :
and click on apply.
Else you need to search for the individual extension and once allocated use the “backdate the data” feature, for example:
