Hi Guys
My client has ported his Telkom number to Vodacom and is now using SIP trunks, kindly assist and give me more information on how to set up the TNG call barring to monitor the sip trunks , the client is using the Mitel PBX.

Dear Senzo
We do not do barring on SIP Trunks.
- Mitel ICP3300
The barring options with TNG and Mitel, see:
TNG Mitel Barring Service Installation Manual
NOTE:
- This is extension or account side barring.
- The barring software is provided with TNG.
If you already have a licensed TNG, you can simply download the software and install as per specifications in documentation.
- Mitel MVO:
We also have barring option with Mitel MVO for TNG and TES hosted:

NOTE:
- Requirement: MVO 6.0
- Datatex MVO barring software requires licensing.
