I'm having issues were the data on the live display shows me a 2711 in front of a extension and a 11 in front of a number I'm using a Mitel a400 pabx and a call centre there is a sip trunk in between the 2 can you please assist asap.

As discussed, this is due to the trunk line that allows the internal calls to be costed.
There is a post that you can use that allows does not cost the calls for a specific line.
Change trunk number value to INTERNAL
