There is between a 5 and a 10 minute delay from when the call ends in Lync to when the call is logged in TNG. This poses a problem for the call billing as TNG is only able to export the call data several minutes after the call has ended.

The TNG Service and Lync OCS Service is on the same server.

for this solution where TNG is configured to receive call data from a service that connects to a database.
