Updating existing Neotel ratebook.

Hi, I need to adjust the Neotel ratebook, could you please tell me how I get the one supplied into txt format so that I can work on it and then add it as a custom or overwrite the supplied one with my changes.

Required:

• NeoTel as default ratebook.
• TNG version 1.1.1.8

Steps:

• You need to configure your TNG to use the Neotel ratebook as default ratebook, then you can create a custom ratebook for NeoTel - see forum post: How do I change a ratebook for a trunk/default ratebook?
  
  
• To have the up to date NeoTel ratebook (including all the new prefixes, etc.) you need to upgrade your TNG to version 1.1.1.8 - see forum post: Upgrading from TNG (with buffer) v1.0.7.6 to TNG v1.1.1.8.
  
  NOTE: the link is for TNG (with buffer) on Windows only.
  
  
• Once you have this in place you can use the custom ratebook feature to make changes to the rates - see forum post: TNG Custom Rate Configuration and Format
