TNG not costing the raw data file.

Belinda,as per our discussion earlier,attached is the TNG config file and the raw file which I had changed and tried to set the term characters from 3 to 10,still no go.

The rawdata file was not created using an End Of Line Character therefore is wraps around and does not write out a single call data string per line in the raw.txt file:
