TNG Intermittantly not billing 086 Numbers

Good Day Conrad.

I have investigated the issue this are my findings

you have created an option to either use neotel and huge custom,
It is only telkom rate book that is updated only huge custom is defaulted to telkom rate book.
the neotel custom rate book defaults to neotel rate book, which was not updated

The solution for now is to add the 086 prefix to your neotel_custom rate book and huge custom rate books in the ini files.
