As discussed telephonically with myself and Leon.
Please log into TNG - General Settings - Communication Configuration and configure TNG to connect via 'Network'. Now enter the ComX IP in the 'PABX IP' section and the port must be configured to 8989. Note: The port number must correspond to the port which the PABX was set to send the data.
