TNG TMS doesn’t show a Rand value again only 0.0

Hi,

The TNG application was working until it gave an error message about the cost engine has expired. This happened before and the Engineer remote to the server and made soma changes and worked again.

Now its happening again, and I tried to restart the services couple of time, but when you pull reports they came with zero vulues under the costs.

Please assist.

Dear Nicky

As discussed telephonically. Log into TNG - Call Cost Calculator and check the cost of one of the numbers that are not costed on the TNG report.

Please follow steps below to check the cost of a specific number:

TNG-> Home page -> Call Cost Calculator -> Call Criteria:

1.) Use the number from the TNG Report or the Call List page, replacing the country code with zero under Calculate Cost. For example: 27215924033 -> 0215924033
2.) Enter the duration,
3.) Select the date and time,
4.) Select the ratebook (e.g. za_telkom),
5.) Click on Calculate Cost.

If a cost is displayed here, you can do a re-cost of calls.
